Product Details
If you’re familiar with the product known as Lean Systems 7 by Isatori, MX-LS7 is supposed to be an upgraded and more powerful form thereof. This being said, they claim that it will burn fat, increase metabolism, decrease appetite, and basically do everything else that you would need to successfully lose weight and achieve greater results.
The Good
This formula has some proven ingredients. Of course Lean Systems 7 didn’t work. So you would hope for better results with an upgraded form. It has some muscle builders, fat burners like green tea, and otherwise weight loss ingredients of various types.
The Bad
They use proprietary blends, tiny ones, that hide the actual amounts of ingredients. But of course, they can’t hide the fact that these small proprietary blends could not possibly account for the amounts actually needed. This being said, there are some ingredients that can’t even promote weight loss in the first place, such as yerba mate. Yerba mate does not work without damiana and guarana, which they don’t have.
The Skinny
We would not recommend using MX-LS7. It will not promote greater weight loss, and it will not help you to achieve greater results. There are plenty of products out there that do actually work. It is just a matter of finding them. We would highly recommend that you do and in the future judge in part by the past history of the company when eliminating some possibilities like MX-LS7.

The Grapefruit diet is a popular weight loss mechanism, in part because it has 2 basic approaches. The first is obvious. You only eat grapefruit halves for an extended period of time along with grapefruit juice should you choose. I don’t feel like I really need to say it. But if you are only eating grapefruit, you will lose weight.
The second manner is actually a bit different. You still eat meals, you eat reasonable meals. But you include either ½ a grapefruit or 1 8oz glass of grapefruit juice in every single meal of your day. This is obviously more reasonable. But you aren’t actually guaranteed to lose weight, in fact many do not lose weight when using this form of the grapefruit diet.
So does it work out at all? Well you can either go to the extreme of a diet you can’t sustain, meaning you will gain all the weight back, or you can use a diet with which you probably won’t actually lose weight in the first place. So realistically speaking, you shouldn’t use the grapefruit diet in either form. Either way, you would just be wasting more time and money than is really necessary, even though you aren’t technically paying extra money beyond the cost of the grapefruit itself. It’s still ultimately speaking a greater waste.

I’ve personally found that honestly speaking, the best workout you can find is on the elliptical. Yes, the elliptical machine that can be found in your gym is an incredible way to burn off fat and calories. Basically speaking, it is a whole body workout that if you do it right, includes the arms, legs, core, everything really. Even the butt. Now if you want to define your butt, you should also use things like squats to enhance the muscle among other things. But this being said, basically speaking when you run, you are working the legs for the most part, and of course you get the core in the process.
But with the elliptical, even though it sometimes seems like you are exerting less effort, you are exerting more, it is just balanced throughout the whole body instead of just in one area. So it feels like less, which is great for endurance purposes. I have personally been able to go longer on the elliptical and subsequently see much greater results. So it’s definitely a fat burning method I would highly recommend, at least if you actually want to burn fat and lose weight. Otherwise, well you might want to choose something else, or for that matter not exercise. But exercise of course is also important for the heart, so it’s definitely not something to realistically ever drop.

Man boobs are a strange phenomenon. Granted, most women want boobs, though I for one am not particularly attached. A lot of Asian girls for example don’t really like to have them, because the market is more targeted toward girls with small figures in general, which naturally comes to include small boobs. This being said, man boobs are often embarrassing for men, unless of course they are made more of muscle and therefore they have tricks they can use with them, and then it’s in a way a badge of honor.
But this being said, this is part of why men can also have breast cancer and other problems that are usually connected to women. When men have boobs though, it also causes more of a collection of fat around vital areas such as the heart, and therefore it significantly increases the risk of heart disease, which could well explain why women actually have a higher rate of heart disease in general. They even consider it to be somewhat of a medical condition in teenage boys or men for that matter. The cause is ultimately unknown. But many have used exercises, chest specific exercises to reduce them, and frankly even in women, working out more and getting rid of fat in general significantly reduces the size or even eliminates them. So it’s definitely something to consider.

If you have heart disease, it is often related to obesity, and the best way to treat it and reduce your risks and problems is to lose weight by eating more fruits and vegetables, which are also rich in things that will promote heart health and otherwise lower cholesterol and blood pressure. This being said, there are other ways that some have found to reduce the risk factors to their heart.
For one thing, many have found that meditation works quite effectively as does yoga. These will reduce stress and promote relaxation, promoting a greater sense of calm and wellbeing. In addition, yoga can lower the risk of stroke and kidney disease in many individuals. Also, aerobic exercise gets the heart going in general, and it has been known to lower the problems associated with the heart as a whole.
Putting just 30 minutes into any day or more for that matter will really help you to reduce your heart problems and otherwise help you. Finally, of course I cannot stress enough the use of a healthy diet that includes more fruits and vegetables. A low carb diet will only make your heart problems worse. So I would definitely suggest a combination of all these steps to promote weight loss and a healthier heart as a whole.

There are plenty of people I’ve known who have given their dogs certainly interesting things. They thought that because they were good for humans they would be good for dogs. The only human foods I give my dogs are unseasoned meats and carrots. Carrots are really good for their eyes and otherwise, it helps their teeth as they chew on them. But for example, chocolate which is not really good for people either, is actually quite deadly, especially for small dogs.
Likewise, one that is really good for humans is horrible for dogs. That’s grapes. I learned the other day that my dad’s dog was under more dangerous pressure than I thought. Granted with no regard for his own health, he has always like to swallow socks, eat chocolate, etc, and stupid mom let him in the past. It occurred when she threw his ball upstairs, and he would go up and take a bit longer than he should, and then he would come back down with the ball.
So she would keep throwing it up there, and finally after the 10th time or so, she went up there to see what he was doing, and she found out he was grabbing one piece of chocolate out of this box be found, eating it, and then coming back down. Sneaky dog. But apparently, he always spit the grapes my sister tried to give him back out. So lesson being, just because you think it’s good for you doesn’t mean it’s good for your dog.

It always puzzled me to some degree. My neighbor who is from Japan, tiniest lady I’ve ever seen, always had these huge babies. Now big babies can come from gaining a larger amount of weight during pregnancy as well as having obese mothers, etc. She was far from obese, even possibly being underweight, and she was never that big when pregnant. But somehow, she always ended up with these huge babies. She would breastfeed for a while. But as they got older, rather than ever giving them formula, which they say contributes to obesity, she would actually grind up fruits only for her kids by herself.
She would never actually put any sugar or extra anything in there and she wouldn’t buy it in the store, it was just the fruit. But somehow, up until the age of about 3 or 4, these kids would literally be wider than they were tall. It was ridiculous. I babysat a few times for her, and I had hard times lifting up these little kids that were supposed to be far smaller. At about the age of 3 or 4, they suddenly thinned out and became these little stick kids, which is what should have been considering what she was actually feeding them. And after that, they have always had really good habits because of her. But honestly speaking, I still can’t figure out how the obesity factor worked in their younger years.

Now I’ve seen the children’s cereals that promote health and they say that you should do this, that, and the other things. They even provide their own little websites with games in the case of Lucky Charms. But let’s face facts, these cereals are not healthy, especially those like Captain Crunch and Lucky Charms. So as parents, don’t even begin to fool yourself. They are meant to be entertaining, have little cartoon characters, draw kids in, in general terms.
And frankly, as far as the little internet sites go, again not that constructive. These kids are then spending time on the computer sitting around instead of playing with more interactive toys and basically getting more movement and exercise. Kids in some ways are becoming far more likely to use these methods of action, and it’s definitely not helping the obesity epidemic. Now when I was a kid, they were already doing it. They had little prizes and toys in the box, which we would dump out the whole box to get, not actually eating it coincidentally, they had little cartoons, activities on the back of the box. But we didn’t really have the internet so much. We thought the mac we got as kids to play Carmen San Diego was this huge deal. So it was different to say the least. But cereals like that are not necessarily nor have they ever been so great.

Now I’ve never been a big camper or hiker or any of that. I go out for one, maybe 2 nights, and I’m done. I like my hot shower, I like my warm bed, my idea of camping is a good trailer or something. I can rough it, and I’m much more capable than most girls of getting a tiny overnight bag and really doing my own job. But this being said, I have a roommate and friend who loves to go camping.
Well, more specifically she has decided that she really doesn’t want to go to the gym. So lately speaking, because the weather is still warm enough and there really aren’t any ice glaciers yet, she has been hiking a nearby mountain. I don’t do so well with outside air, specifically all the allergens. So I really deal with the inside and safe air of a gym more than I do with the outside. I don’t expose myself to more problems than I absolutely have to.
But if you’re not wimpy like me, one of the best exercises I would suggest is hiking. It gets you out into nature, often uphill which is more for your money and time really, and the downhill is greater too. And if more adventurous than me, well it’s actually better than the gym.

Now this is a bunch of bunk. But years ago, my friend who happens to be Navajo was talking to his doctor, and his cousin had recently used the method of getting his jaw wired shut for about 8 weeks to lose a lot of weight. It’s apparently supposed to shrink the stomach, because you can literally only have liquids and anything that can fit through a straw for that time period. He was grinding up peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, which is just not really appetizing to say the least.
But that being said, there were rules and stipulations about milkshakes, smoothies, etc. His doctor at that time told him that apparently, basically he wanted to give him a way out. He told him that people in his family were used to in the past eating more in the summer and then starving in the winter, which would balance things out, even if they had eaten healthy amounts during the summer. This being said, he later ended up going on a diet, not eating all the fried foods all the time, and losing about 200 pounds. So obviously the whole making an excuse like that didn’t work. But honestly, I had to wonder why a legitimate doctor would really try to make that particular excuse.
