P90X

P90X, it’s a successful exercise program, and frankly it does work. I’ve seen it work. I heard of one person losing some 3 inches in one week, which is pretty dang good to say the least. But the problem is not the program such as the lack of the program after. I mean I’ve seen people definitely get into shape really fast, and I was really proud of them….until they gained it all back a few weeks after. I mean really.

They started thinking that they could keep it up walking half a mile a day or something, which just isn’t going to cut it. They found that it was really hard in the beginning and slowly they got into the groove of things without their bodies getting used to it, which is really good. But honestly, all the success stories you see on TV that kept it off after, if you’ve noticed, they all have kept exercising, they all figured out an after plan.

It was just meant to jolt them into that plan rather than having to figure it out on their own and struggle through it on their own. But most people don’t do that just like most people get liposuction to try to get rid of fat stores instead of random fat deposits that they can’t get when they are already using a good diet and exercise plan. Most people just want it to be the instant cure when it’s not. Everything takes work.
